Before we get started, we will organise a free site visit to your practice to assess all your medical scanning requirements. If a site visit isn’t your first choice, a member of our team will be happy to discuss your needs via a telephone conversation. 

Step 2 – Receiving Your Quote and Sample Testing

Once we have all the information we need, we will provide you with a free, no-obligation market leading quote. Once you’re happy, we can begin our processes.

With your agreement, all physical data/Lloyd George files will be collected and securely stored by a member of our team directly from your medical practice. Your records are then organised and sorted to ensure an efficient scanning process. All staples and clips will be removed.

Step 5 – Scanning

It’s time to scan! Now your documents have been checked and assorted, they will be fed into one of our modern and advanced scanning devices. Your notes will be scanned and digitised to a high resolution electronic format.

Step 6 – Quality Assurance

We want to go above and beyond for our clients. To ensure that all documents are up to a good standard, we run them through our quality assurance checks, checking documents for clarity and completeness.

Step 7 – Getting Your Digital Medical Records to You

Once everything is scanned, indexed and quality assured, we transfer your scanned medical records on a digital media of your choosing. 

Step 8 – Handling Your Records
