Once they’re back at our secure facility, we get to work. First, we carefully prep everything—removing staples and bindings and ensuring the pages are tidy and ready to scan.
Next up is the actual scanning process. Our top-of-the-line scanners capture every detail, including double-sided documents, with no risk of missed pages. Need documents to be searchable? No problem.
We offer OCR (Optical Character Recognition), so you can search for specific words or phrases in seconds. After everything’s scanned, we’ll index and organise your files however you like and deliver them via secure online access or on a password-protected USB drive.
